We're at the heart of every single cocktail kit, from the planning to the production, all the way up until it is handed to the delivery driver.

1Planning
Before creating a recipe we spend weeks researching different concept ideas, looking into trends, upcoming launches and well-loved topics.

2Recipe Testing
It's time to get to work on mixing and testing recipe ideas until we find the perfect creation. Your recipe is then taste-tested by a variety of people to be sure it's widely enjoyed.

3Production
With the recipe finalised, we design all of the packaging for your kit and begin preparing all of the ingredients ready to go into your subscription box.

4Packing
After the ingredients are created, garnish is packed and instruction cards are ready, we hand-pack all of your cocktail kits ready to send.

5Delivery
Your cocktail kit gets dispatched from our office ready to arrive at your door for you to enjoy!

About the cocktails
What if I don't like the sound of the upcoming cocktail?＋
Our cocktail kit is designed to introduce you to new flavours and unique cocktails. We appreciate that some people may not like some ingredients based on their individual taste, however our recipes are designed to seamlessly bring the flavours together.
We always encourage you to try the cocktail, even if you are cautious of one or two of the flavour profiles. We've had some fantastic reviews and feedback for the flavours of our cocktails, and we wouldn't want you to miss out on that experience.
If you are still worried about disliking an upcoming cocktail, please contact us and we can help advise you further on the recipe and whether it's better for you to skip until the next month.
Can I swap the ingredients?＋
We don't allow customisations to our cocktail kits as they are carefully curated and tested to ensure a high-quality of taste.
If you are looking to switch something due to allergies, please contact us so we can best advise you.
Does it include the alcohol?＋
All of our boxes contain the full set of ingredients for you to make the cocktails displayed, including alcohol and garnish.
Questions before signing up
What if I have an allergy or intolerance?＋
Unfortunately we currently don't offer personalised options to our subscription cocktail kits.
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please contact our team before signing up so we can be sure this is considered for your subscription.
We will try our best to substitute any ingredients for you without impacting taste.
If we feel the cocktail cannot be created with any substitutes, you can choose an alternative cocktail from our core range, or we may advise you to skip the box until the next one.
How long does the cocktail kit last?＋
All our subscription boxes will arrive with 3-4 months shelf life so you have plenty of time to enjoy them.
Do I need a cocktail shaker?＋
A quality cocktail shaker is essential for crafting exceptional drinks. It thoroughly blends your ingredients while chilling them to perfection.
You can add a cocktail shaker to your order to come with your first box. Click HERE to view our range of shakers.
If you don't wish to buy a cocktail shaker, you can use a sealable container/bottle for a similar effect.
Managing your subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?＋
Did you know you can simply skip a month, or even temporarily pause your subscription until you are ready to come back.
If you do with to cancel your subscription, you can so this any time after 3 months in your account, which you can access HERE
Please note that if you do cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to build up your milestone rewards in our loyalty programme.
Why do I have to commit for 3 months?＋
We've found that three months gives you a great opportunity to discover what the subscription has to offer.
With new unique cocktails each month, you'll experience the full range of different themes and flavours.
After 3 months you are able to pause or skip any subscription box through your account.
Can I change my details?＋
Yes, you can change things like your delivery address & payment details in your account.
Important dates
When are payments taken?＋
When you first sign up, you will be charged for your 1st box upon ordering.
After that you will be charged on the 1st of each month.
When do my monthly cocktails arrive?＋
We aim to send out all subscription boxes between 5th-10th of each month. If you haven't received your box by the 15th of the month, please drop us an email.
New to the subscription?
If you sign up before the 10th of the month, your first box will be sent along with our usual subscription boxes as listed above.
If you sign up after the 10th of the month, your first box will be dispatched by the next working day, and should arrive within 3-5 days.
How do I find the full recipes?＋
Our full recipe for the cocktail will be available to our subscribers at the end of the month once the next box has been launched.
If you've enjoyed one of the subscription cocktails, please drop us an email requesting the recipe and we will send it over to you so that you can recreate it in the future.
