We currently don't offer personalised options to our subscription cocktail kits, since they are tested and curated to taste the best they can with the chosen ingredients.

If you have any allergies or intolerances, please contact our team before signing up so we can be sure this is considered for your box. We will try our best to substitute any ingredients for you without impacting taste. If we feel the cocktail cannot be created with any substitutes we may advise you to skip the box until the next one or choose from one of our individual Cocktail Kits for that month

Shelf Life

All of our Cocktail Kits come with a 3-month guaranteed shelf life.

HOW IT WORKS

WHAT?
Monthly Cocktail Subscription sent to you every month with FREE shipping. Pause, skip or cancel anytime you want (after two months). Pre-paid options also available. Pay upfront and receive monthly cocktails for a set period of time. A great option for gifting.
WHEN?
Receive two delicious cocktails to share or just for yourself, every month until you cancel! You will receive your box by the 10th of each month after you are billed on the 1st. Payment is automatically taken from your selected debit/credit card.
HOW?
Pre-measured bar quality ingredients to make two delicious cocktails each month. All you need is ice and a cocktail shaker (or something similar). Each monthly box comes with a recipe and instructions card to talk you through preparing your cocktails to perfection

How Do I Pay?

You will be billed on the 1st of each month using the selected debit/credit card you chose when you signed up. You will receive the new cocktail kit for that month shortly after.

There are also pre-paid options, which are perfect when looking to buy as a gift for someone else. You will pay the prepaid amount and then not be billed again for the remainder of your subscription.

When will my Cocktail Kit be delivered?

All subscription boxes will be sent within 7 days of payment clearing. If you do not receive your box by the 10th of the month, please contact us and we can investigate further.

Can I Cancel?

Monthly Subscription - You can cancel your subscription any time after 2 months. This can be done by logging into your account or by sending an email to info@enchanteddrinks.co.uk

Did you know... You can also pause your subscription or skip months whenever you like.

Pre-Paid Subscriptions - Pre-paid subscriptions can not be cancelled after the first box has been dispatched.

How Much Is Delivery?

Delivery is completely FREE every single month!

Can I Send It As A Gift?

Absolutely! We offer pre-paid options for our subscription so you can be sure there are no ongoing costs when buying your gift.

Your gift can be sent to you or straight to the recipient. You can also add a note to be included in the first box at the cart page.
