      We currently don't offer personalised options to our subscription cocktail kits, since they are tested and curated to taste the best they can with the chosen ingredients.

      If you have any allergies or intolerances, please contact our team before signing up so we can be sure this is considered for your box. We will try our best to substitute any ingredients for you without impacting taste. If we feel the cocktail cannot be created with any substitutes we may advise you to skip the box until the next one or choose from one of our individual Cocktail Kits for that month

      How does billing work?

      You will be billed on the 1st of each month using the selected debit/credit card you chose when you signed up. You will receive the new cocktail kit for that month shortly after.

      There are also pre-paid options, which are perfect when looking to buy as a gift for someone else. You will pay the prepaid amount and then not be billed again for the remainder of your subscription.

      When will my cocktail kit be delivered?

      Your first subscription box will be sent as soon as we can after you have signed up.

      After that, once the subscription renews on the 1st of each month, we will aim to send your latest Subscription box by the middle of the month provided your payment has cleared.

      If you do not receive your box by the 15th of the month, please contact us and we can investigate further.

      How do I cancel?

      Monthly Subscription - You can cancel your subscription any time after 2 months. This can be done by sending an email to info@enchanteddrinks.co.uk and we will cancel your subscription for you.

      Did you know... You can also pause your subscription or skip months whenever you like.

      Pre-Paid Subscriptions - Pre-paid subscriptions can not be cancelled after the first box has been dispatched.

      How much is delivery?

      Delivery is completely FREE every single month!

      Can I send it as a gift?

      Absolutely! We offer pre-paid options for our subscription so you can be sure there are no ongoing costs when buying your gift.

      Your gift can be sent to you or straight to the recipient. We add an introduction card to all first boxes which will explain more about how the subscription works, along with the length of time their subscription will run for.

      I have signed up mid-month. Which cocktail will I recieve?

      Depending on how late in the month you subscribe, you will usually recieve that month's box first.

      Please see the product description for that month's kit for the cut off date.

      Any sign ups after the cut off date will automatically switch to the following month's kit.

      What if I have allergies?

      Please contact us BEFORE signing up to discuss any allergies or intollerances. We can't always cater for certain diatery requirements so we will be sure to help discover if this product is suitable for you.

      If the product suitable even with allergens/intollerances in mind, we always try to offer you the option to choose a standard cocktail kit instead for any month where the cocktail conflicts with your requirements.

      If we are unable to do so, you can skip the month.
